Milwaukee 0928-29 V28 4-Piece Combo Kit
WOW!!!
I got this kit a couple of months ago and all I can say is WOW!! The drill has plenty of power and turns a 2 9/16" self feed bit without hesitation. The Sawzall is like using a corded saw...it doesn't stall out and seems to have just as much power. The circ saw is amazing as well. Again, plenty of power and a long run time. The thing that is most impressive to me is the battery. They run two or three times longer than my 18V batteries did. It also has a constant power throughout. Great job Milwaukee!!

With the stunningly realistic special effects, you'll experience the exploits of Lucy, Edmund, Susan, and Peter, four siblings who find the world of Narnia through a magical wardrobe while playing a game of "hide-and-seek" at the country estate of a mysterious professor. Once there, the children discover a charming, once peaceful land inhabited by talking beasts, dwarfs, fauns, centaurs, and giants that has been turned into a world of eternal winter by the evil White Witch, Jadis. Mag Instrument RX1019 Heavy-Duty Rechargeable Flashlight System
Rating: - Very Pleased !!!
I bought this flashlight because, every time I needed a flashlight around the house. The batteries would be weak or dead. And to replace the batteries usually cost more than the flashlite was worth. The recharable maglight, is heavy duty, durable, and a very, very bright light. Very pleased with this light. Wish I had bought one sooner.

Walk the Line (Widescreen Edition)
Editorial Review:
Amazon.com:
A solid and entertaining biopic, Walk the Line works less as a movie than an actors' showcase for its stars. Joaquin Phoenix's total immersion into the skin of singer Johnny Cash is startling--watching it, you can't believe this is the same guy who whined about being 'vexed' in Gladiator. As he evolves from a farm boy to gospel croonin' plunker to the Man in Black, Phoenix disappears into Cash's deep baritone, his way of slinging the guitar onto his back, and his hunched-up style of strumming. But it's more than just picking up mannerisms: Phoenix also sings as Johnny Cash, and it's quite impressive.
The story of how Johnny Cash became Johnny Cash traces from his childhood under a distant father (Robert Patrick) to his early attempts at a music career, during which he married his girlfriend Vivian (Ginnifer Goodwin). During a tour with the likes of Elvis (Tyler Hilton) and Jerry Lee Lewis (Waylon Malloy Payne), he encounters singer June Carter (Reese Witherspoon), and his love for her--and her rejection of him through the years--spurs him into drugs, drinking, and depression. As with most movies based on real-life singers, as his popularity grows, the women come a-flockin', and the childhood demons surface. Witherspoon, who matches Phoenix drawl for drawl, plays June both as a sassy spitfire whose charm breaks your heart, and as a sympathetic friend who tries to help Cash get over--well, her. The love story is what endures, but the movie comes most alive during its musical numbers, and even if you're not a country fan, it may just get you to run out and buy a Johnny Cash album.--Ellen A. Kim

Your Best Life Now: 7 Steps to Living at Your Full Potential
Happy to be moving closer to "Him"
I finally got around to reading Joel's book. I must say that having read it, and having seen him on TV a few times, a person has to go out of their way to not like him. How can anyone do anything but benefit from Your Best Life Now? I thought his perspective was a good one, and his positive attitude refreshing. I believe the Lord wants us to think positive, and to pray for and expect good things. Life on earth will never be perfect, but with the Lord in the picture, it will certainly be better. This book, along with another winner I just finished, will help any of us to further develop a relationship with the Lord. The other book is Passenger's Side, by Forosisky. After my wife read both of these, and gave her two thumbs up to both, I followed suit. I'm glad I did. I'm learning more everyday.
I thank the Lord for the useful tools he provides to draw us closer to Him.

Absolutely Stunning Screen - You'll never go back to smaller
I thought long and hard before buying this screen and it's one of the best decisions I ever made. I've owned 42" screens for years - but this 63" screen is just out of this World. I'm very sensitive to sound from fans or electronics and this screen makes no noise - none. I hooked up a pair of Monitor Audio speakers and a set of cables to the back, through the wall - it has connections for everything including PC, DVI, Composite Video, S Video, and 2 Component Video Inputs. I have 2 Tivo's hooked up to it as well. It's just an awesome piece of gear that transforms the room and makes viewing like having your own movie screen - very, very cool. The price has come down quite a bit while I was trying to make up my mind. It's a real nice deal. Get them to deliver it inside your front door (not the curb) - it weighs nearly 200 lbs. I can't imagine ever going back to watching anything less than this now. You only live once! Enjoy!

24 - Season Four
Oh boy. Here we go again! Just another exciting day in the life of 24 super-agent Jack Bauer (Kiefer Sutherland). The season kicks off with a deadly terrorist strike resulting in the kidnapping of his new boss, the U.S. Secretary of Defense James Heller (William Devane). Although a fired, ex-employee of the Counter Terrorist Unit (CTU), it is no surprise who is going to shift into full gear to bring the terrorists to justice. However, it doesn't take the super-agent long to discover the kidnapping of his boss is part of a much larger plan, master-minded by Habib Marvan (Arnold Voslo) the middle eastern terrorist cell leader the US government has been trying to track down for years. Considered by many to be the best season of the first four, 24 - Season 4 is a definite departure from the first three seasons. For one, the cast is almost entirely new. Second, the pacing of each episode does not seem as frantic. There appears to be a shift from the reliance on plot-shifting cliff hangers (which in some ways dragged down the quality of Season 3), to a focus on complex, over-arcing, multiple storylines, albeit very violent. What may be missing in superficial action clichés is definitely compensated in a richer plot. That's not to say the show has slowed down, it's still amped up beyond anything else on TV, but compared to the previous seasons, 24 has gotten a lot smarter, and in turn, better. --Rob Bracco
